Baggage
If you’re planning to take a plane, it is important that you have know how much luggage you can take with you, acoording to the ticket you bought. The number and heaviness of your baggage is regulated by international flight regulations, which distinguish two types of baggage: luggage carried in the airplane hatch (so-called a registered baggage) and a hand luggage (non-registered) which you can take on the plane board.
Registered baggage
Luggage with a tag attached is registered at the custom’s clearances and the airline you’re flying with is responsible for it. The acceptable quantity of baggage is dependable on airlines and continent you are going to and it is quantified with kilograms or pieces. Europe, Asia, Africa, Middle East, South America and Australia and Oceania allow to register one piece of luggage, which maximum weight depends on the service class of your ticket. If you are travelling with:
- first class – you have right to register up to 40 kg baggage
- business class - you have right to register up to 30 kg baggage (66 pounds)
- economy class - you have right to register up to 20 kg baggage (44 pounds)
Infants below 2 with no right to a separate seat have right to register up to 10 kg luggage. If you are travelling to North America, you can take 2 pieces of luggage, however, their wieght also depends on the service class of your ticket. If you are travelling with:
- first class – you have right to take 2 pieces of luggage up to 158 cm (aggregated size of height, length and width) and the maximum weight of one piece of luggage is 32 kg
- business class - you have right to take 2 pieces of luggage up to 158 cm and the maximum weight of one piece of luggage is 32 kg
- economy class - you have right to take 2 pieces of luggage up to 158 cm and the maximum weight of one piece of luggage is 23 kg
Infants below 2 with no right to a separate seat have right to register one piece of luggage up to 10 kg and 115 cm.
Within national connections the maximum registered baggage weight is 20 kg

Hand baggage
You may take a piece of luggage on the plane board and have it with you for all the time of your flight. The airline does not take responsibility for its damaging or loss, unless its fault is evident. The same as it is with registered baggage, the maximum quantity and weight of a carry-on luggage depends on the service class of your ticket. If you are travelling with:
- first class – you have right to take 2 pieces of luggage up to 9 kg and sizes: 1st piece: 55(height)x40(width)x20cm(length) and 2nd piece 45x35x20cm
- business class - you have right to take 2 pieces of luggage up to 9 kg and sizes 55x40x20cm
- economy class - you have right to take 1 piece of luggage up to 5 kg and sizes 55x40x20 cm
You have also right to take on board items for personal use, such as: handbag, coat, umbrella, camera, binoculars, etc.. Folding wheelchairs and prams can be transported with no additional costs.

Excess baggage
If you exceed the free baggage limit, you are obliged to pay the specified amount of money for the excess baggage. This sum depends on the size and weight of the transported item. Therefore, to avoid the unexpected additional charges, you should inform the airline on the excess baggage beforehand.
Sport equipment
If you’re planning to take sport equipment with you, you should inform about this fact our consultants before biiking the air ticket. This way you will receive information on its transportation conditions and the amount of money you will have to pay.
Bicycle
Having a plan to transport the bicycle by plane, you should prepare it for the flight beforehand: disconnect the handlebars, screw the pedals, etc.
Diving equipment
Remember, that in the plane you can transport only an empty oxygen tank packed up to a special bag. In the bag you can carry an ABC air jacket, octopus and a wetsuit. Do not take the weights with you!
Surfboard
You shouldn’t forget about the appropriate wrapping up the surfboard and that you can only take one propeller, e.g. sail.
Ski equipment
The ski equipment has to be packed into a special bag and protected from wounding with its edges.

FORBIDDEN ITEMS!
On account of the safety requirements, you are not allowed to take on the plane board: weapon or its elements, ammunition, firecrackers, fireworks, penknife, knife, spirit, solvent, paints, matches, poisonous substances, etc.
